The XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurement (SCM'2020) will take place on May 27 - 29, 2020 at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI", St. Petersburg, Russia.
In order to ensure the health safety of the conference participants, the Organizing Committee decided to hold the conference in a remote format. Conference proceedings will be published in a digital form. Information about the platform on which the conference will be held will be posted later.
